Muncie schools makes case for state transportation waiver

Officials with Muncie Community Schools say they will not provide bus transportation for students next year because voters denied a tax referendum that would fund the service. But to stop service so soon, they’ll need permission from the state. As IPR’s Stephanie Wiechmann reports, the district and the public made their case to the state Monday night.
